The mishandling of food was unacceptable!!! No staff presence when I notified management about my issue!!! The response to my complaint was lackluster at best. It's really disappointing considering the price paid!!!

The King Suite with Sea View offered a breathtaking perspective of the ocean and gardens, making for a spectacular backdrop. Huge bathrooms added a touch of luxury that was particularly enjoyable during my stay.

I encountered serious issues with food handling—finding a roach in my breakfast was unacceptable. The response from management was underwhelming, as I received no follow-up after reporting my illness. Such neglect is disappointing, especially given the hefty price tag for my two-night stay.

The outdoor swimming pool area was impeccably clean and provided a perfect spot for relaxation after a day of exploring.

The wifi connection was quite unreliable, which made it difficult to plan my outings effectively.

the wifi was terrible! ! but the rooms are amazing with huge bathrooms! staff was so friendly and always smiling! the food was delicious, never had a bad meal!

We loved the sea view from our cozy room! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. In-room breakfast was a nice treat, but the wifi could've been better. The pool area was lovely, perfect for relaxing after a long day out. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The sea-view room provided a stunning backdrop to our stay, complemented by exceptionally comfortable Auping beds. The warm hospitality from the staff, especially at the pool and the restaurant, made it feel like home. The sourdough bread at breakfast was a delightful surprise, but the wifi connectivity was unreliable at times. some areas around the pool could use better maintenance to enhance the overall experience.

The room was stunning, really loved the sea view from our cozy spot. The Auping beds were super comfy, making it feel like home. Plus, the spacious layout was a definite plus! Only downside was the wifi—it wasn't great, which was a bit frustrating at times.

My stay at Kasumai Beach Resort was delightful! The spacious King Suite with a sea view offered breathtaking views of the gardens and ocean, complemented by a lovely bathroom. The attentive staff, particularly Lamin and Malik, ensured my comfort throughout. I felt truly welcomed.

kasumai is a piece of heaven on earth. the luxury studio with sea view was stunning, and the close proximity to the beach made it even better. the staff, especially lamin and his team, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. we loved relaxing by the nice pools and enjoyed the soothing massages at the spa.
